Vendor Requirements

Code of Conduct

Adhere to the Vendor code of conduct. Thank you for being a good neighbor.

Your Space

Standard spaces measure 10 feet by 10 feet. You bring your own tent, table, and chairs.

Keep it Clean

Follow our trash and recycling polices.

Load yourself

You handle all setup and breakdown. Space assignments arrive three weeks before the fair via email.

Deadlines

June 5

by 6:00 PM

Full refund deadline by 6:00 PM. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to msf@milepointevents.com for any refund.

June 19

by 6:00 PM

50% refund deadline by 6:00 PM. Requests received after June 5 qualify for a 50% refund only.

June 29

No refunds issued after this date.

What if spaces are sold out?

Join the waitlist. We approve vendors on a rolling basis as spaces open up. Your spot may still come through.

Can I choose my location?

Space assignments are made by vendor category. We cannot guarantee specific intersections or corners. Adjacent spaces are assigned if purchased together.

Can I book multiple spaces?

Yes. If you purchase multiple spaces at once, adjacent placement is guaranteed. Contact the vendor coordinator for bulk inquiries.

Do I need electricity?

Limited electricity is available for food vendors only. Availability is not guaranteed. Email msf@milepointevents.com for pricing and availability.
